

ISTE Website Design
Overview
After rebranding the organization and rolling out a new mission, vision and brand pillars, ISTE was looking to have organization’s website, iste.org, reflect the core pillars of the brand, which include ISTE Standards, ISTE Conference & Expo, community and advocacy.
The Goal
The goal was to launch a new site that reflects the core competencies of the ISTE brand, as well as moving to a mobile optimized experience and offering functionality for content distribution, online communities, improved resource library and shopping experience.
My Role
I led digital strategy and project management, coordinating development between design agency and development agency, while acting as lead stakeholder for representing ISTE scope requirements as they apply to user experience and brand standards.
Results
A year since launch, traffic has increased 28.45%, with a 56.85% increase in pageviews, 22.11% increase in pages per visit, 19.40% increase in visitors coming to the site and decrease of 12.16% in bounces.
